  • Diamond Property Masters provides property-related services, including but not limited to exterior maintenance, improvements, and related services ("Services"). The scope, pricing, and timeline of Services will be outlined in your quote, invoice, or written agreement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointment dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather, site conditions, availability, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in delays, suspension of Services, or additional fees as permitted by law.

SMS Messaging Terms

  • By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Diamond Property Masters, which may include service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we may send you a confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • If you wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.
