1. What This Warranty Covers

Diamond Property Masters provides a 5-year all-inclusive warranty from the date of purchase covering:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
Broken components under normal use
All repair labour and materials at no cost during the first 5 years

In addition, Diamond Property Masters offers a Lifetime Hardware Warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects in hardware for the lifetime of the product
After the first 5 years, replacement materials are still provided at no cost, but labour will be charged at the current market hourly rate

2. Warranty Service & Remedies

If a product defect is confirmed within the warranty coverage period, Diamond Property Masters will, at our discretion:

Repair the product using new or replacement parts, or
Replace the product with a new one, or
Reimburse the purchase price if replacement is not feasible

3. Duration of Coverage

5-Year All-Inclusive Warranty – covers materials and labour in full
Lifetime Hardware Warranty – covers materials for the life of the product; labour billed at market rates after 5 years
Warranty applies to the original end user and is only transferable if we are notified of the new user by the original user.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Negligence, misuse, or abuse
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Natural disasters (e.g., flood, lightning, earthquake)
Theft or loss
Electrical current fluctuations
Failure to follow installation, operating, or maintenance instructions
Abnormal usage or applications for which the product was not intended

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

6. Limitations of Liability

Diamond Property Masters’ sole liability is repair, replacement, or reimbursement for defective products
No representative or reseller is authorized to modify this warranty without a signed agreement from a corporate officer of Diamond Property Masters (incorporated in Alberta)

7. Repairs & Replacement Outside 5-Year All-Inclusive Warranty

After the 5-year all-inclusive coverage period:

Materials for repairs due to manufacturing defects remain free for life
Labour costs will be charged at the current market hourly rate + any additional transportation fee.
Our goal is to keep your exterior lighting system in optimal condition for as long as you own it
